Stages of the program

Application & questionnaire
You submit a request on the site or contact a ConnectSurrogate+ coordinator. Then you fill in a questionnaire with your details, health status and readiness to join the program. From the moment you apply, you get access to coordinator support and a private Telegram chat.

Initial screening & tests
After applying, you sign the initial agreement and complete medical examinations. They include:
- Tests for dangerous infections and diseases such as hepatitis B and C, syphilis and HIV.
- A pelvic ultrasound.
- Other tests needed to assess your health.
These checks confirm that you're ready to take part in the program.

Preparation for embryo transfer
At this stage, doctors draw up an individual preparation protocol:
- Medication to prepare the endometrium.
- Guidance on nutrition, daily routine and lifestyle.
Good preparation creates the best possible conditions for the transfer. Coordinator support is available 24/7, and the private Telegram chat lets you share experience with other participants.

Travel & embryo transfer
We arrange your flight to the country where the program takes place (Georgia, Albania or Armenia). The clinic performs the embryo transfer under professional supervision, in line with the protocol.

Pregnancy, community support & monthly payments
After the transfer, the clinic runs the tests and scans needed to confirm the pregnancy. Throughout the pregnancy:
- You receive monthly payments of $300β600, fixed in your contract.
- You have regular medical check-ups and ultrasounds.
- You get help and advice from the private Telegram chat β everyday questions, medical tips, even shared get-togethers.

Delivery, paperwork & final payment
After a successful delivery and once all documents for the biological parents are complete, you receive your main payment of up to $22,000 (depending on the program terms). The clinic and coordinators help arrange everything needed to finish the program as comfortably as possible.
